This machine, fully manufactured from stainless steel, was designed to ensure that food products meet stringent industry requirements. What makes our work distinctive is that we manage everything in-house: from design through to full production and assembly, every step takes place within our own workshop. This allows us to guarantee short lead times and full control over the entire process.

What made this project even faster and more accurate was the use of Model-Based Definition (MBD). MBD enables us to process your design directly into a 3D model, in which all technical details such as dimensions, tolerances and materials are already defined. This allowed us to realise the project without the use of separate technical drawings, minimising the risk of errors and significantly reducing lead time.

What does this mean for you? Thanks to MBD, we can switch seamlessly between work preparation, engineering and the workshop, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to production. You receive a fully customised solution that meets all your requirements, without delays or unexpected costs. Our modern laser cutting technology, capable of processing sheets up to 4 × 2 metres, combined with techniques such as TIG welding, drilling, bending and sublimation, allows us to manufacture everything in-house. Fast, precise and reliable.

This specific machine, measuring 2 × 2 × 1 metres, is manufactured from bent and fully water- and airtight welded stainless steel tubes and stainless steel sheet material. Thanks to our fully integrated approach, we were able not only to reduce lead time but also to guarantee the highest quality standards. The result? A powerful, custom-built machine that fully meets the customer’s requirements and was delivered exactly on schedule.
