Climate Chambers
Weiss Technik.

Weiss Technik is a global player in the field of climate simulation systems. Weiss Technik machines are packed with innovation, enabling the rapid simulation of a wide range of environmental conditions from around the world—and even beyond. In addition to standard solutions, Weiss Technik also offers customer-specific products, making close and efficient collaboration essential.

Weiss Technik and Bax Metaal have been working together in this sector for many years. Weiss Technik’s products must withstand a wide range of climatic influences, making close collaboration essential. Specifications, standards and customer-specific requirements all play a crucial role in the development of these machines.

To support Weiss Technik as effectively as possible, our engineers begin with the development of a complete 3D model. We receive the initial design drawings from Weiss Technik, after which our team of specialists creates a fully detailed model in SolidWorks.

Once the 3D model has been fully reviewed and approved by Weiss Technik, we proceed with production. In the initial phase, all steel and stainless steel components are processed and welded into position. Naturally, all welds and surfaces are finished to a high standard, after which the complete project is sent for coating.

Because both Bax Metaal and Weiss Technik place great value on efficiency, the final assembly is carried out by Weiss Technik after coating. This takes place on our production floor, allowing us to minimise transport movements and reduce associated costs.

After assembly of the components, the focus shifts to final finishing. We carry out the remaining welding work, ensuring that the climate chambers are fully finished and ready for their next journey—to a satisfied Weiss Technik customer.
