The customer is given the opportunity to review and verify the drawings, including structural calculations, feasibility and compliance with the specified requirements. Only after everything has been approved does the customer give final sign-off. This ensures that a solid foundation is in place before production actually starts.

At Bax Metaal, we strive for the highest possible quality in our production processes. For this reason, our stainless steel supports comply with the strict requirements of NEN 1090 certification. This certification guarantees full traceability of the entire production process and ensures that all required procedures and documentation are followed and properly recorded. A key element of NEN 1090 certification is the availability of material certificates. This means that we maintain detailed documentation for all plate materials and filler materials used in production. As a result, we can guarantee the origin, composition and quality of these materials.

During laser cutting, a critical phase in the production process of our supports, precise machine settings are strictly adhered to. This ensures that the dimensions and surface finish of the components fully comply with the specified requirements. We use advanced welding equipment and select the appropriate welding process to guarantee optimal quality.

At Bax Metaal, welding is carried out exclusively by a team of certified welders. Only qualified personnel are authorised to perform this critical task, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout the production process. After welding, all weld seams are carefully inspected by our visual welding inspector to verify compliance with the highest quality standards.
